Project overview

Austrade was doing transformation projects. In the way they provide services to exporters. In the digital and personal services. I was a design lead and lead multi-disciplinary teams through the design process. An provided on the job training.

What we did for this project

To provide on the job training and design advocacy. I prepared formal 2 hour training modules bespoke to suit the project stages. I developed and delivered multiple remote workshops. Such as: Problem definition [pictured] with breakout room facilitators.
